Bought the former Tony Roma’s at 300 SR-434 for $1.35M on 8/1/13, 6054 SF on 0.62 AC, sold 5/13/19 to JCL 168 Co. for $1.5M, for a Seafood restaurant, located at the SWC of SR-434 and Westown Parkway.
Bought the former Driving Range/Pitch and Putt Course at 798 Westown Parkway for $3.5M on 9/1/13, 33.5 AC of land abutting Macy’s
Furniture, Entitling and Re-zoning for mux-use including Multi-family, Retail, and Office, located at the SEC of Westown Parkway and Laurel Avenue.
Intent of acquisitions was to redevelop for a new Walmart Supercenter, including a Dick’s Sporting Goods, also buying the existing Walmart at Westown
Corners Shopping Center, the overall plan changed between Walmart and City of Altamonte, as well Macy’s would not sell their building. Long range plan is to
develop the 33.5 AC parcel approved by the City.
