Acquired 900 N. Orlando Avenue on 0.30 AC on 8/17/2016 for $1.75M.
Acquired former Corporate Square office complex on 4/29/2014 on 1.64 AC for $4.6M.
The first phase opened in 2016 with a new 41,000 SF Whole Foods Market with a 34,000 SF Nordstrom’s Rack, Sephora, PNC Bank, Cafe Rio and Habit Burger, opening in 2017.
