  • Acquired Winter Park Dodge on 12/10/2014 for $9.163M on 5.33 AC.
  • Acquired former TrustCo Bank on 1.88 AC on 2/12/2014 for $4.95M.
  • Acquired 900 N. Orlando Avenue on 0.30 AC on 8/17/2016 for $1.75M.
  • Acquired former Corporate Square office complex on 4/29/2014 on 1.64 AC for $4.6M.
  • The first phase opened in 2016 with a new 41,000 SF Whole Foods Market with a 34,000 SF Nordstrom’s Rack, Sephora, PNC Bank, Cafe Rio and Habit Burger, opening in 2017.
  • Project has been approved for a mixed-use Phase 2 at the new SEC of Orlando Avenue and Lee Road.
